Missing Workflow? Let’s Fix That!
Don’t worry, it’s not playing hide-and-seek (though that would be impressive). It just needs a little nudge to appear.
After running the installer, you must activate the Workflow in Radiant Manager using the license code you purchased and received in your email inbox. Once the license is activated, please check the Workflow's menu as shown in this screenshot:
(Note: the screenshot shows the open dropdown menu. There will be just one Workflow shown by default. You need to click on its name to open the dropdown menu and see the rest of your Workflows)
Please ensure you follow these steps to make your workflow appear:
- Launch the Workflow Installer from either the download or Radiant Manager.
- In Radiant Manager, locate the Workflow you need to activate. You can learn how to launch Radiant Manager here.
- If you don’t have a serial number, click the Buy button and complete the purchase.
- Click Add a license key.
- Enter your key and email address. A key can be used on two computers that you own.
- Click the Activate button.
- After a successful activation, you can close the windows and switch to Radiant Photo 2.
