Time for a change? To switch to a different Payment Plan, here are three steps to follow:
Step 1: You have two options here. You can continue using your current subscription until the end of the period you've already paid for and then cancel it before switching to a new plan. Alternatively, you can cancel the subscription immediately and request a refund from App Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Ensure your app has reverted to the Freemium mode. The tools and videos will have the "Pro" labels again.
Step 3: Choose a new Payment Plan for your Pro version with your preferred payment method.
Here's how:
- Open the Radiant Photo mobile app on your device.
- On iOS: On the main screen, look for the "Information" button, represented by a circle with an "i" inside it, and tap it.
On Android: On the main screen, tap the burger (≡) icon. - In this menu, you will find a "Subscribe to Pro" option. Click on it to view the payment plans.
