The links on this page are always up to date and will download the latest version.
For Radiant Photo 1, you just need to scroll the page down a bit until you reach the "You still have a license of Radiant Photo 1?" section.
Licenses
I've just purchased it.
If you have just bought Radiant Photo (or any other product from Radiant Imaging Labs, such as a Look pack, etc.) and did not receive a confirmation email, be sure to check your Spam folder for emails from mailer@fastspring.com.
If you cannot locate the confirmation email there, it may be due to a typo in the delivery email or using a different email address (for example, if you paid via PayPal, the FastSpring account will be created under your PayPal email, and the fulfillment will be delivered there).
In this case, please contact our support team with your purchase details so we can locate the order and resend the fulfillment:
- The email address used for your purchase.
- Any alternate email addresses you may have used for your purchase.
- Your order number (it should look something like RADIANTIMAGINGXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX, where X is a digit).
- Your PayPal receipt.
- Transaction details from your bank.
I'm an existing customer looking for my credentials
If you purchased Radiant Photo before, check your inbox for confirmation emails from mailer@fastspring.com. It will include the license code you're looking for. Also, consider digging through other email addresses you might have.
If you think you might have accidentally trashed that confirmation email, log in to your FastSpring account and look up your Radiant Photo purchase in the Orders tab.
How to log in to a FastSpring account?
- Visit this link: https://radiant.onfastspring.com/account
- Enter your email address. Make sure to use the email address your order was placed with.
- Check your inbox. The account access link will be emailed to you. It’s valid for 24 hours.
- Please follow this link to log in to your FastSpring account.
If you can't locate the license in your account, please contact our support team with your purchase details (order reference, transaction details, etc.), and we'll fix you up.

Re-downloading Looks and Presets
The download links in the fulfillment email are valid for one week after your purchase. If you need to download the files after that, please contact our support team.
We recommend creating a backup copy of the downloaded add-ons on your computer or in your cloud storage right after you've received the packs.
