The Crop and Transform tools, such as Flip and Rotate, are not available in the Radiant Photo plugin for Photoshop and Corel Paintshop Pro.
Those programs want their images back in the same shape and pixel count they sent them out, so we're not allowed to mess with them.
But no worries, you can still get your photo in the perfect pose by using the tools in these host programs before or after using Radiant Photo.
