If you're using an M1, M2, or M3 Mac and Radiant Photo is not showing up as a plugin in Photoshop, it can be due to the following reasons:
- You've downloaded and installed the version unsuitable for your processor type.
- Photoshop is running through Rosetta.

- Go Finder > Applications > Radiant Imaging Labs > Radiant Photo. Double-click the Radiant Photo app.
- In the top bar menu, click Radiant Photo > About. Look for the letter next to the Version number:
- If the letter is a, it means you have the correct build installed. You can proceed to Step 2.
- If the letter is i, it means that the Intel build is installed on your computer, which is causing the issue. Please navigate to https://radiantimaginglabs.com/download-radman/ and get the installer for M1/M2/M3 macOS.
Reinstall the app with the correct installer.

Photoshop is running through Rosetta.
Rosetta is an emulation program that allows apps designed for Intel-based Macs to run on Macs with Apple Silicon Chip. You can read more about it here.
Because Radiant Photo is fully optimized for the M1, M2, and M3 chips, you need to ensure that you're not running Photoshop through Rosetta.
To check if Photoshop is running through Rosetta, you can follow the steps below:
- Open the Applications folder. Locate Adobe Photoshop. If your Photoshop icon looks like that, it means it's a folder. You need to double-click it to open.
- Select the Photoshop app file:
- Click the File menu in the Finder > Get Info.
- In the Get Info window, do you have the option Open using Rosetta checked? If so, please uncheck it.
- Next, you can launch Photoshop and check whether Radiant Photo is listed in Filter > Radiant Imaging Labs.
