Your FastSpring account is your one-stop-shop for all things subscription-related. From canceling the subscription to changing payment methods, it's all under your control.
Logging in to your FastSpring account
- Visit this link: https://radiant.onfastspring.com/account
- Enter your email address. Make sure to use the email address your subscription has been purchased with.
- Check your inbox. The account access link will be emailed to you. It’s valid for 24 hours.
- Please follow this link to log in to your FastSpring account.
Canceling your subscription
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to discontinue your subscription.
In the FastSpring account, please choose the Subscriptions tab > Manage > Cancel Subscription.
Upon cancellation of your subscription, the expiration date will be determined as the final day of your ongoing subscription term. Once this date has been reached, your subscription will be permanently deactivated on the billing partner's end.
If you changed your mind and would like to keep your Toolkit, you can un-cancel it but only before the deactivation date:
Note: After a subscription has been deactivated due to expiration, non-payment, or cancellation, it cannot be reactivated. If you decide to re-subscribe, you’ll need to place a new order here: https://radiantimaginglabs.com/toolkit/
Managing Payment Methods
Adding a Payment Method
To add a new payment method, please navigate to Account Details and Payment Methods, click on the Add Payment Method button in the upper-right corner, and choose a preferred payment method.
Note: The accepted payment methods may differ depending on your location, the currency of your order, and the type of product being purchased. To verify the payment methods accepted by our authorized payment provider, FastSpring, please access their portal by following this link.
Changing a Payment Method
To change your existing payment method, you must first add a new payment method following the instructions provided above.
If you have an active Toolkit subscription that requires a new payment method for future renewals, an additional step is necessary.
In your FastSpring account, please navigate to the Subscriptions tab and select Manage > Update payment method.
This will assign the new payment method (such as credit/debit card or PayPal) to the specific subscription for future renewals.
Note: The currency used for the initial subscription purchase and the new payment method must match. For example, if the subscription was purchased in EUR (euro), the new credit card or PayPal account must be linked in the same currency. After successfully updating the payment method, the previous one can be removed.
Removing a Payment Method
A payment method can only be removed ONLY IF it is not associated with an active subscription.
To remove a payment method, please navigate to the Account Details and Payment Methods tab, select the relevant payment method, and then click on Manage > Remove.
