I haven't purchased your product yet, and I don't want VAT/tax to be applied
If you're eligible for tax exemption, our billing partner, FastSpring, can create a custom tax-exempt order for you. To obtain it, you need to contact FastSpring Consumer Support, and in the Order Details section, choose No, I have not purchased yet.
Please include the following information:
The name of the product (link or screenshot with the product name and price)
Product price as seen on checkout page
Purchaser’s full name (first and last)
Purchaser’s email address
Purchaser’s billing address including zip/postal code
A copy of the tax-exemption document, either in PDF or an image format.
I've already purchased and need a tax/VAT refund
If you've already purchased the product, you can request a tax/VAT refund within 30 days of a charge when a valid VAT ID is provided and the order is paid with a credit/debit card, PayPal, or Amazon Payments.
Please submit your tax/VAT refund request to FastSpring Consumer Support, and in the Order Details section, choose Yes, I already purchased.
Your request should include your company’s valid VAT ID as well as Order ID, Date of Purchase, and Order Total for the transaction you wish VAT/tax to be refunded.
